Sali Berisha says Mogherin is proserbe and unknown to the Balkans

Albania's former president, Sali Berisha, has once again hit the idea of Kosovo Republic President Hashim Thaci, for partitioning Kosovo. In an interview with Austrian prestigious “Der Standard”, Berisha has said that Hashim Thaci is supporting this idea, waving the flag of “Greater Serbia”.

Besides Hashim Thaci, Berisha has said Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, is one of the initials of the idea for partitioning Kosovo. The former Albanian prime minister in this interview has also spoken of the support Federica Moghrini is giving to the idea of touching the borders, and has also spoken of people who are lobling for the division of Kosovo.

He has said that if the European Union wants to change borders in the Balkans, then it should meet at an international conference and set up new borders, but, according to him, it is completely wrong to leave this idea to Thaci and Vucinqi.

Berisha in the interview that Express attends, has said that whenever it was spoken of touching borders in the Balkans, the conflict has always been expected.

Asked by Standard over some stays in the EU and the US regarding the idea for borders Berisha has responded:

There's a group of people in the EU. Most of these are people who have no knowledge of the Balkans. Of all those who have spent years in the Balkans, there is only one person who supports this idea, Willfng Petritsch. But why are there so many people who know the region and oppose this idea while others support it? There are two ways to explain this: those who support the idea are people who don't know the area well. They think that if both sides agree with the exchange of territory, they should not oppose the idea. The second explanation is Serbia's influence and money. It's a very strong and a lot of money for this initiative. Belgrade is in a comfortable position now that it has found Thaci carrying the flag for Serbia. The disaster that will come from her will be seen later. Those who support border change, such as Federica Moghrini who are probably all proserb playing here, however, with peace and war”.
