The Lipjan municipality was decorated days earlier by an economic operator. But citizens today announced Periscope that the decorations had been removed and the city had become like a day of mourning, writes Periscope.

Many people may have thought that this was due to some disaster but then came the clarification of the mayor, Mr. Imri Ahmeti.

He explains that the economic operator contracted by the municipality has not adhered to conditions, and therefore, the municipality he heads has decided to sever the contract.

The Lipjan municipality through this communiqué reports all citizens that the contract, titled “Decognition of the Square and the City of Lipjan on the occasion of the end of the holiday of 2018”, has been cut off because the municipality has accepted the announcement, that the contractor did not abide by terms of the contract.

The counter contractor who has received three written remarks from the municipality to speed up the work and content of contract conditions, the contractor has not taken measures to fulfill his contracts.
For this, the Lipjan municipality has formed a commission to verify pre-responsive services in the square decoration project in the final case of 2018.
The commission has assessed the actual situation and found that the economic operator has not maintained the terms of the contract.

The Lipjan municipality, due to the irresponsability of the Economic Operator, has made the decision to cut the contract, so it requires consensus from all citizens that due to short-term and long-term respatal procedures, the town of Lipjan will remain unadorned for this end.
