Released by exiles who were beaten in Merdare

Today, a beating occurred among mid-day exiles at the Kosovo border crossing with Serbia, in Merdare, respectively.

The conflict that had begun on Serbia's territory to end with beatings on Kosovo's one has confirmed Kosovo Police spokeswoman for the Pristina region Flora Ahmeti.

She said six people were arrested in the case.

“Today, about 12: 00 p.m., a physical clash has been reported among some in Merdare, Podujevo. Police units have immediately emerged at the scene and accompanied the six people involved to the station, three of whom have suffered minor bodily injuries”, Ahmeti has said.

According to her, injured persons have been interviewed after accepting medical treatment and after completing police procedures, at the prosecutor's order, all have been released. /Indesksonline/
