Former diplomat and international law professor Blerim Reka have called Serbia's efforts to oppose the formation of the Kosovo Army at the UN Security Council failed.
He has said it is important the pro-Kosovo military position by EU member states that are members of the Security Council.
In this interview given to the newspaper “The new era”, Reka, has stressed that there is dyergence in foreign policy among EU member states that support the Kosovo Army and an opposing Brussels bureaucratic.
He has said that recent developments in Kosovo are very significant in relation to the EU.
Reka has estimated that the formation of the military and taxes on Serbia have demonstrated the sovereignty of the state of Kosovo.
