While economics connoisseur Zeqiri Shabani, panelists in the show, says the budget proposed for 2019 guides investments mainly in AAK-led municipalities.
Shaban has said regions like Ferizaj have been overlooked by investments, even though he is the biggest contributor to Kosovo's budget.
He has said that the logic of budget sharing on electoral grounds must change.
“In the past investments are oriented in Drenica because governance was owned by politicians from that region”, Zeka said.
Rafuna has responded to Zeka, saying that not always criteria for distributing investments are the number of residents or contributions to the budget.
The finance minister's adviser has said additions to education workers who contributed during the 1990s are also planned in the budget.
Rafuna has said the budget is based on real funds, not on whether any new agreements will be expected.
“Even this year there has been no problem with the payments, and such a situation will be in 2019”, he said.
He has added further that the Ministry of Finance is happy that he has managed to make pension hikes, as this category of several years has not benefited up.
Economic Affairs recogniser Zeqinja Shabani has said that with wage law, other social categories will be damaged, while state officials will maintain a stability in high salaries.
Rafuna, on the other hand, has said that the wage law is necessary, as such laws have European Union countries as well.
The wage law is necessary because at the moment some directors reporting to the finance minister have higher salaries than Minister” themselves, Finance Minister Lulzim Rafuna's adviser said, among other things.
