This statement is highlighted in the Pristina Foundation Court ruling, through which suspects have been continued the detention measure. A copy of this decision also has “Koha Ditore”. It provides new details and evidence that were presented by the prosecution about this case.
This Monday the Court has held another hearing about detention, following the Court of Appeals ruling, which the previous day has turned the case into restoration. For about three hours, the sessions were held on closed doors, enabling media and public access.
Based on court ruling, suspects: Nedeljko Spasojevich, Marko Rosic and Dragisa Markovic, according to the Prosecutor, have acted as a criminal group. They are suspected of three criminal acts: serious murder, revealing official secrecy, and illegal possession.
