On the charge represented by State Prosecutor Fikrije Fejzulah-Krasniqi says:

Ramadan Muja was charged with four counts of abuse of office or official authority.

With the same charge, four officials of this municipality are charged with the Prizren municipal leader.

Sadik Pasarizi, director of the Urbanism Directorate and Spatial Planning, Avni Ademiaj, Abdullah Toreci, and Minister Krasniqi- director of the Administration Directorate.

Avni Ademiaj, Abdullah Toreci, at the various time periods they are accused of, directed the Directorate for Geodezi and Cadastre of the Prizren municipality, or were its task advisers.

According to the indictment, the five accused deliberately and for the sake of bringing rich benefits to others have failed to implement a Supreme Court ruling, have given the land under the administration of the Kosovar Privatisation Agency, and in another case have provided free exploitation of the municipality's land, without ignoring legal procedures.

This, according to the indictment, has occurred during a period of time between 2008 and 2012, when municipal officials in this period have committed yet another criminal act, preventing other geodezian experts from witnessing during court hearings of those damaged by these land abuses, in at least seven cases.

In the case of obstruction of the tribunal's work, the Kosovo “Directorate” had shown a report on September 11th 2011. The value of some of the lands for which municipal officials were accused of misusing official duty totals about 200,000 euros.
