“Politics not to put hands among students” was the request of the University of Pristina student Parliament “
They expressed requirements for improving conditions for students and enabling freedom for representation of general student interests, KTV reports.
According to them, Prof. Becir Sadij is the so-called “BABA of the Steering Council” and infiltrates politics within the UP. Contacted by KTV, Sadiki himself said he is only a member of the UP's Steering Council and nothing more.
Students met with Prorector, Myrvette Badivuk.
Student Parliament Speaker Arben Elshani said their demands have been broadcast within the reactor.
But there are students who are student parliament deputies, who say President Arben Elshani himself is politically influenced and that he does not have enough votes to make decisions.
Meanwhile, one of the students Patriot Mehmeti, who has voted for Arben Elshan and since later repented because he says he was blackmailed and demands a vote of confidence in Elshani.
Students say they will not allow divisions and will protect student interests.
