International media have published the first photo of the assailant to have three people dead in Strasbourg, France.
The suspect said he is an armed extremist named Cherif Chekat, who was known to have radicalised religiously during his time in prison, has been charged with killing three people and wounding 13 of Tuesday's attacks in eastern France.
The 29-year-old shouted “Allahu Akbar” when he launched a gun attack, according to prosecutors.
