Perotechnic Control Command issued

Trade Minister Andrew Shala has issued a warrant for the Co-ordination of the Market Supervising to oversee the market's sale of pyrotechnic vehicles.

This ordinance allows members of the co-ordinating body in the quality of the organs responsible for market supervision, Market Inspector and Competent Public Security Inspectors respectively, to control economic operators and, in this case, verify whether they are licensed and meet the criteria for trade and supply of pirotechnic/fire products, etc. ”, says the ordinance.

Inspectorate is required to operate on occasions where fireworks are sold by unauthorized people.
