There is doubt that the E.J. defendant had compiled the forged document with the aim of using that document as original in which he allegedly established the working relationship at the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, with the leadership position of strategic plans for the country's defence, had also used the forged Government of Kosovo's decision in which he had established the working relationship by employing himself as an official of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, in the position of the Leader of strategic plans for the defence of the country, as was presented as the official AKI in order to avoid responsibility from the bodies, and as the official had submitted to the authorities, and as the documents that had been filed false and data and reliable data.
The court has found that the request for the appointment of the detention measure against indictees E. J is the adequate and necessary measure in this phase of the procedure, for ensuring his presence in criminal procedure and unhindered development of the procedure, as well as given the way and circumstances in which criminal acts were committed, the weight of criminal acts, so that if the defendant remains in freedom, I can repeat the same or similar criminal acts.
The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
