A month's detention for three accused of killing Oliver Ivanovic

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has held hearings to restore the security measure for the three accused in the murder of Serbian politician in the country's north, Oliver Ivanovic.
This session came after the Kosovo Appeals Court's decision on restoration and has approved the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention measure against N.S. and M.R. indictees because of the criminal act “grave murder” by Article 179 par.3 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code regarding articles 33 par.2 and 34 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code and D. Due to criminal acts, the discovery of official secrecy by Article 433 par.2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
According to the announcement by the Constitutional Court, defendants N. S, M.R. and D. M is assigned the length of (1) one month for each separately from 23.11.2018 to 23.12.18.
The hearing was closed to the media and the public. However, the three lawyers from the three indictees later spoke to the media after the session ended.
And the court has found that the criteria against Article 187 par.1 under par.1 have been fulfilled and that the defendants were based on suspicion of N. S, M.R. and D.M. have committed criminal acts on the basis of evidence, as well as specific conditions for the appointment of the detention measure envisioned with Article 187 par.1 below the front. 1.1, with Article 187 par.1 under par. 1,2.1 and Article 187 par.1 below par 1.2.3.
Defendant N. S, M.R. and D.M. are suspected by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo that they have participated in the murder of the late O. I.
The sides have a right to a complaint against this decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
