The meeting between the EU and Kosovo has been tense all the time.
Sources close to the event have explained to KTV the course of the meeting in Brussels. EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn has been late at the meeting, has stayed short, has given a speech, and has later left the meeting to announce aid to about 100 million for Serbia.
The words have been heavy on both the Moghrin side and the Kosovo side. Both Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers Behgjet Pacolli and Enver Hoxhaj have taken a critical stance on the EU in its report with Kosovo.
The sides have failed to agree on a joint statement.
EU High Representative Federica Moghrini has told Kosovo representatives that Serbia will not continue dialogue if Kosovo does not remove the tax.
“If you want to move forward in this process Pristina should start reacting to”, Moghrin told Kosovo leaders, KTV teaches.
According to sources, Haradinaj's response has been that this is Kosovo's sovereign decision, and it is not addressed the EU, but Serbia.
