EU High Representative Federica Moghrini, who is at the centre of criticism in Kosovo in recent days because of the non-liberalisation of visas by the European Union, has an interesting history.
The Italian politician Moghrin serves as the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy since November 2014. At its beginnings of political engagement, Moghrin was also a member of the Italian Communist Party.
Mogherin in 2015 had caused numerous reactions in a speech given in Brussels, saying '%slam is part of Europe's history and future.
