Trade and Industry Minister Endrit Shala, in an interview for Alzeera television, has hit hard Bosnian Trade Minister Mirko Sharovic for the 100 per cent tax Kosovo has imposed on Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Shala has been directly invited to Alzeera Balkan's “show, along with the Bosnian minister, where the latter has initially indicated that Kosovo has placed the tax in opposition to the CEFTA agreement and has indicated they will complain to the European Union.

But, Minister Shala has reacted sharply by suggesting that the Bosnian minister not waste time in complaints if he starts thinking seriously about recognising the Republic of Kosovo and later can start trade exchanges.

I suggest you don't waste much time on complaints, but get to know the Republic of Kosovo, otherwise no product from Bosnia and Herzegovina will enter Kosovo. I also assure you that the 100 per cent measure will never be removed without knowing the reality of Kosovo”, Minister Shala has said.

After those words, the Bosnian minister has been generous and has asked Minister Shala to try to find a solution with dialogue to have trade co-operation. The Bosnian minister has even told Shala that he is willing to sit down and talk about finding a solution, but Minister Shala has again been firm, saying Kosovo is a state and should be treated as such.
