The chairman of Serbia's so-called Council for Kosovo, Milovan Drescu, has said he expects Remi to be one of the special indictees.
It was reported yesterday that Remi was invited for an interview by the Special Court, but was not specified whether he is in the quality of the witness or the accused.
But Drescu says he expects Rrustem Mustafa to be invited as accused.
Drescu claims “The Special has invited him because a lot of crimes have been committed in Remi's task area”.
There were many illegal prisons. Two Serbian journalists were held in one of these prisons on the basis of an O report. SBE” says Druchn.
I expect the prosecution to rise, but I need to inform the public that this is not defined. In the following months, the special prosecution will decide whether there is evidence enough or not to file charges”, he added.
