Meta: Against changing borders on ethnic grounds in Kosovo

The president of the Republic of Albania, Ilir Meta, has clearly expressed itself against the idea of changing borders on ethnic grounds. According to him between Kosovo and Serbia, an effective and non-flight dialogue is necessary.
