He said 1m and 200 thousand euros will be used for capital investments, such as fixing parks, fixing green spaces, planting trees and so on.
“1.2m euros are grants shared for the 5 most successful municipalities in the activity we are currently developing in the campaign to clean up Kosovo. This promise and this grant was announced on September 15th, is envisioned in the environment ministry budget and we have approved the criteria with which the 5 municipalities will be rewarded. These 1.2m euros would be granted directly to municipalities in the field of environment”, Matoshi said.

I still have my dilemmas. Why did you put this project into capital projects, not grants and subsidies”, Selmanaj said.
These debates are under way at the session at which the 2019 budget is under consideration.
