The head of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament today has decided on Tuesday, December 4th to continue the plenary House session, with unfinished points on September 13th, 18, October 31st, 2, 7th and November 23rd, as well as the next session, as well as the unfinished points on November 23rd 2018.
In this session, following statements outside the agenda and parliamentary questions, MPs will first review the draft draft draft on the budgetary division of the Republic of Kosovo for 2019.
For the first time, three other bills will be considered: the change and fulfillment of the Law for the Economic-Social Council, the Bill on Biocid Products, and the Bill on the Oda of Architecturals and the Oda of Engineers in Construction, reports the KP.
Next, a second consideration of the Bill on Change and Fulfilling of the Law on the Family will be made.
The Assembly will continue its work with the review of the Kosovo Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports' annual Financial Overview report for 2017, the report on the state of the environment in Kosovo, the appointment of a member of the Kosovo Radio Television Board and the election of a member of the Independent Commission for Media.
On Thursday, December 6th, at 10:00, meanwhile, the Assembly meets at the new session, while on December 14th, the Assembly will review the package of bills for KSF.
The chairmanship at today's meeting was announced by President Hashim Thaci's decision to return the Law on Freedom of Association to nongovernmental organisations. The chairmanship commissioned the functional commission to review this bill.
The bill to clean up the image of senior officials in public institutions and elected, meanwhile, will be distributed to MPs and examined by the functional commission, as the government has not agreed on the same.
