On the fifth day of field exercise, Alexo. The KSF has proven the reaction capabilities in the event there will be an explosion in one of the KEK thermal power plants in Obilic.
During the fifth day of the exercise, KSF receives a tip that a powerful explosion occurred at the “Kosovo A” thermal power plant in KEK. As a result of the explosion, there are wounded and dead. This explosion has resulted from an explosive explosion.
This simulated situation is based on the 2014 explosion that has occurred in KEK. Knowing the history of the explosion from 2014, The KSF knows the potential risk of activating toxic matter and that this will increase the level of risk and destruction even more.
The first investigations of KSF units during the exercise show that the odds are great that the explosion is the result of the intentional deployment of an explosive device so the EOD unit is ordered against unbroken vehicles to secure the ground because it may have other explosive tools.
That's why the surveillance robot activates. This device is used for explosive research, and it has four video cameras with 360 ladders of vision, it is possible to carry up to 15 kilograms, it copes with various terrains, and barriers at a height of up to 20 inches [30 cm], and it enables explosives from a distance.
On the first day of field exercise -- Alexaña 650 -- on May 3rd of this year, 700 soldiers have been deployed and camped in Kolic.
On the second day of field exercise, the Albanian RIX has been simulated by a crisis in the Batlava region, where the water level in the lake has increased as a result of continued rainfall. In order to avoid even greater damage, officials have opened the channel and allowed large quantities of water to flow into the river.
On the third day, in the field exercise éagleja 650, the situation has been simulated where it is suspected that criminal groups may have put poison vehicles near Batlava Lake. Also, part of this exercise has been the case when criminal groups have attempted to block the movements of our troops in the operating area by setting barricades on the road. There have also been simulations of cases where a family needed help and evacuation from the depths of Badovci Lake.
On the fourth day, The KSF has proven the skills in the exercise to neutralise mines and rescue a child killed in Lake Batlava.
Kosovo Security Force (FSK) has implemented field exercise “Eagle 6” in full co-ordination with allied states and according to NATO's highest standards.
Except KSF troops, participants in field exercise “Eagle 6” has also been military effectives from Albania, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, the US, Turkey, the UK and KFOR.
This is the fifth episode of a series of special emissions for KSF, KALLXO Force.
Below, you can find exclusive footage carried out by KALLXO.com in collaboration with KSF within the framework of field exercise ʹAlbanianja 650.
