The “contains the suspicion that, on December 03th, 2018, in the courtyard of the Orthodox Church, in the village of Gronqar, the suspects have seriously beaten the mayor of the Klokot municipality, Bozidar Dejanovic, in the manner that as long as he had gone to church, suspect Slobodan Jovanovic, in a drunken state and in the presence of police, originally insults him, then he can speak of killing him, with whom the other suspect comes in, who is likewise insulting him and deliberately threatens him with words, says the municipality.
The same actions have been taken on the grounds that the injured had fired him and had stopped the social assistance of defendant Slobodan Jovanovic.
Also, within the legal deadline, with the aim of securing defendants in criminal procedure, demand has been exercised for the appointment of the detention measure, and a decision has been issued on the launch of investigations at the Compent Court in Gjilan.
