Monsignor Dr. Lush Gjergji said the Vatican has taken a major step towards recognition and four years ago has appointed the Apostolic Nuncin, which covers Kosovo, or the ambassador for Kosovo, which from Slovenia will also cover Kosovo as the Vatican Ambassador for Kosovo.
While saying that Kosovo, even after so many years, has not yet made such a move, or the appointment of a diplomat who would cover the Vatican.
“This may be a big mistake, or the lack of diplomatic experiences, in diplomacy there are no good words, there are prudent and strategic plans and actions”, Monsignor Gjergji said on public television.
Gjergji has also talked about expectations the Pope made for all Kosovo presidents, starting with Ibrahim Rugova and so on.
“They are expected as all the presidents of other countries, where this too means much for Kosovo”, George has said.
He has said Kosovo diplomacy does not have the right people in place, and there are inadequate and inexperienced people to lead with diplomacy.
Monsignor Lush Gjergji has also spoken of the importance and message of the holiday of Albanian Christmas and traditions on the occasion of Christmas.
