According to the indictment, M.D., in order to join terrorist groups in Syria from March 2013, has deliberately travelled through various roads to the city of Istanbul in Turkey.
After a time with his wife, A.D., and his son, are located in Chile in southeast Turkey, near the Syrian border, from illegally arriving in the town of Gaziantep, then committed to the terrorist organisation I SIS, an organization operating in Syria and Iraq.
M.D., has remained in Syria until August 2017, until it has withdrawn from these organisations and surrendered to the authorities of Turkey, where at his request it has returned to Kosovo.
