The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the Randa Crime Department, has filed charges against the defendants: R.K., E.K., and A.B., for criminal acts: “heavy attempted murder”, “kept in ownership, in control and in unauthorized possession of weapons” and for criminal work “Pjesing at buffing” of KPRK.
According to the indictment, on August 13th 2018, around 16:45 minutes, in Prizren, on the path of “Pushards”, in parking lot“Toni”), the defendant R.K., deliberately attempts to deprive the other person of his life by what they deliberately want to endanger the lives of other people, in a way that, after a preliminary dispute between E.K. indictees, on one side and D.B., defendants, on their own side, and other family members, on their own side of the park, on the part of the D.B.
The defendant R.K., the moment you see a fight beginning near the site of the event and equipped with the firearm “Beretta”, demarcated from behind the injured D.B., and struck it at the back of the head and neck, causing bone fractures and wounding in the neck. On the other hand, the same shells hit defendants A.B. on foot, and the E.K., with their body injuries.
With these actions, there is well-founded suspicion that the defendant R.K. has committed the criminal offence of “the attempted grave murder “from Article 179 paragraph 1 point 1.5 regarding KPRK's Article 28.
Also, the defendant R.K., also charged with criminal activity “retaining ownership, control and unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
Meanwhile, the E.K. defendants, and A.B., are accused of participating in the beating, which has resulted in severe bodily injury from the injured D.B., and thus committed criminal work “mating” from Article 190 paragraph 1 of KPRC.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the establishment of the indictment has proposed that the accused be found guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts that are placed on him.
