There have been up to four hours of waiting on the alternative route to Skopje, through a part of the mountain, due to works on Elez's Kacanik- Hani National Road, which connects the border point with Macedonia.
This road opens only an hour during the day. In photos provided by Kosova Prees, the town's toll and columns created on this road are seen.
By December 22nd, the Ministry of Infrastructure had announced that this road had been opened for circulation, reflecting that road flow could develop without hindrance.
