A study published in “magazine Sleep” has included more than 400,000 people on all sides of the world to complete an online polling and a series of mental testing, such as reason, memory and verbal skills.
On average, seven to eight hours of sleep overnight have had better results than those who have slept less or more.
Most people who sleep for four hours or less perform as if they were almost nine years old.
