Kosovo Assembly MP from LDK ranks Avdullah Hoti has said Kosovo must first go to new elections, and then talk about dialogue with Serbia.
Hoti has also called on the Shpend Ahmeti PSD to verify its 12 mandates in the Kosovo Assembly, because these mandates have won them as part of the VV.
According to him, the PSD before becoming part of any negotiating team, it is best once to measure itself by vote.

Only new elections ensure the legitimacy of those who lead Kosovo and represent it in dialogue. That's also true for The PSD will become part of any negotiating team. The PSD needs through new elections to verify the 12 mandates it has in the Assembly, because they are mandates won by another party. I appreciate that verifying legitimacy is necessary for the sustainability of democracy in Kosovo and the PSD as well.
