“1510.2018, in the village of Rogove of the Gjakova municipality, the accused K.H., has committed criminal work “slight bodily injury”, from Article 188 par.1 of KPRC, in a way that injured V.B., attacked him, hitting him with cartoons on his head, where the victim suffered scar wound on his forehead”, reportedly in the municipality.
Furthermore, accused K.H., A.H., and L.H., on the same date and said place above, in co-ordination they committed criminal acts “attacks”, by Article 187 par.2 of Article 31 of KPRC, in a way that attacked the injured N.B.B., L.K., and V.B., being armed, screaming and attacking the injured.
“In the same location, in the village of Rogovo, dated 15,10.2018, accused U.S. B., has committed criminal work “the use of weapons or dangerous tool”, from Article 375 par.1 of KPRK, shooting at the air with AK-47 automatic rifles with a cartoon, thus threatening the V damaged.
