Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj on World Migrant Day has recalled the freedom sacrifice of Kosovo heroes, as well as the aid of migrants to various historical stages.
Haradinaj has said that in the memory of many generations of citizens, the burden of migration, both motivated by economic and social reasons, but also persecuted for political reasons.
Haradinaj's full post office:
On the International Migration Day, we still have fresh in our memory, everyone's images and experiences, when with few clothes on our bodies, without hope and without food, we have been driving the streets without addresses, driven by oppressive regimes.
Today, we remember all those people, all over the world, who have come to our aid, to give us shelter in their homes, and a job on their land.
Today, we also remember the sacrifice for freedom of our heroes and warriors since immigration responded to the call of the homeland in the quest for freedom and dignity.
Grateful as well as friendly places for the unhurt help, that sheltered our people at all times.
We are witnesses that the state of Kosovo, which we have created with great effort and with the help of migrants in various historical stages, is home to all and a warm home for all!
Those who left the country as immigrants yesterday may well serve him as citizens wherever they are, with investments in the homeland of their ancestors.
