In this case, Prime Minister Haradinaj said that tonight they were made together for a particular reason, to say thank you, Budeswehri and Germany for their service, the peace and stability of our country.
But not only for that, we have GIZZZ and many other partners on the part of Germany, from German co-operation agencies, so on behalf of what we have in our hands, there is an infrastructure over 40 million euros in Prizren camp to use for training, innovation, business, education and to continue raising it as high as you German soldiers have. You have held the German flag up high and we would like to keep it up with the new project, which is an economic project, but to be together”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.
Meanwhile, Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Christian Heldt, expressing gratitude for today's reception in thanks for the German soldiers' service, said this is a very special gesture, not only on behalf of the Government of Kosovo, but also as a gesture of Kosovo citizens, as well as those from Prizren's city, to bid farewell to Prizren's contingent. Ambassador Heldt said he is proud that Kosovo and Germany share the joint ongoing effort for new projects.
One word of the case was Prizren Mayor Mytaher Haskuka, as did the commander of the German contingent of KFOR, Lieutenant Colonel Eric Offermann, while ministers, deputy ministers, and other institutional officials were present.
