Responding to MP Faton Topalli's question, if they have talked with NATO member states about the decision to transform the KSF into the army, Haradinaj has said it is true that they have failed to negotiate with any NATO ally government, but that they have held intensive meetings with states that have full decision-making in the alliance and friendly states of Kosovo, which are part of the Alliance, what they have received positive signals.

He has also spoken of Serbia's statements that the KSF is preparing to send to the north, which he claims is not true. According to him, these statements are only to frighten the northern Serb citizens.
