Haliti, while confessing events about his life at “Personal” on television Dukaagjini, has said he has invited Rugova to become commander-in-chief KLA.
I am trying to convince him (Abraham Rugova) to be commander-in-chief of the Kosovo Liberation Army” has said Haliti.
Haliti made these comments as he related other events of his life during the recent war in Kosovo.
Otherwise, country President Hashim Thaci was currently commander-in-chief of the Kosovo Liberation Army for years.
For that very position, Haliti has said he had invited former leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova.
