Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Izmi Zeka says the Gjilan municipality was ashamed the day the Kosovo Army was created. He says the municipality of Gjilan has taken no step to respect the Kosovo Declaration of Independence.
He has said municipalities led by Lutfi Haziri did not set up any national, state or US flags. Such an act is a humiliation for the citizens of Gjilan.

Gjilanians did not condemn such humiliation
Absurdity has no limits. The municipality of Gjilan led by Lutfi Haziri did not take a single step to respect the hundreds of years' war on December 14th, when the most important decision was broken after Kosovo's declaration of Independence, the founding of the Army.
He, with Balkan fanaticism, did not place the national or state flag of Kosovo and leave the US anymore.
Where this dose of the painful policy of the LDK arrives also speaks of this fact that happened on December 14th.
