For former PDK President Adem Grabovci, along with the other eleven indictees of the wiretaps corroborators égnto, it was held last month in which the accused Grabovci, Besim Beqaj and others were acquitted. The persons charged in this case are of official posts, besides Grabovci and Beqaj, currently minister of innovation, other accused are also; deputy PDK Zenun Pajaziti, two former secretary general, Ilhami Gashi and Xavit Dajaj, former Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Shurdrej, political adviser to MPB Sadat Gashi, former director of the public company's board “Randoniqi-Dukagini” in Gjakovave Ismet Neziraj, former director of the public company's board <2Hidro-dini” at Paj Rejja Abazi, former head of the Prizren Parliament, as head of the former health station, and a former minister for gas supply.
The aforementioned are accused of misusing official positions by illegally granting priority to those who had been competing for functions of state importance.
