SERVANT CENTER FRIENDS MERITER EIN AR INSTITUTIONAL
Today, the Board and Finance Commission approved the amendment to the 2019 budget bill that I proposed in the name of the PSD for financial support in many of the $500,000 for the growing demands of 80 learning centers in the Republic of Kosovo, which currently support 5278 students.
Learning centers as institutions that offer supplementary instruction and other educational activities in the postwar period have had a very important role in increasing the quality of education and lowering schooling.
The communities that especially benefit from these centers are Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian. One of the biggest challenges facing these marginalised communities is low participation in the education process and the very high degree of abandoning instruction from the children of these communities.
I want to thank the members of the Commission for Business and Finance, the one for Education, Science, Culture and Innovation and Education Minister Mr. The ass for their support.
Above all, I would like to congratulate the Voice of RAE organization on their work in raising this issue, their co-operation and their overall work in protecting the rights of these communities.
