Republican Senator Eliot Engel has said he is disappointed with European Union Commissioner Johannes Hahn for the declaration that visa liberalisation has been delayed by 2020.

In a Twitter post, Engel has said Kosovo has done everything it asked the EU about the conditions for liberalisation.

“disappointed by EU commissioner Johannes Hahn, who said visa liberalisation for Kosovo would be postponed again. Kosovo has done everything asked of the EU. The rejection of visa liberalisation is the betrayal of promises the EU has made”, Engel said on Twitter.
