Dode Gjergji: European peoples view us as a cultural and spiritual heritage of civilization

This message, Dode Gjergji, was delivered at the “Mother Teresa” in Pristina, where the solemn mass [...] was held.
This message, Dode Gjergji, was delivered at Mother Teresa “Cathedral in Pristina, where the solemn Christmas Mass was held.
Massa has preceded the Christmas programme by the children of Pristina's family, who gave a festive programme of recitals and singing.
And what we want in this earth more than to have peace and live in love with each other. In his letter, says Christ our savior, he will grant us all everlasting life. And it is good on this night to celebrate together, baptized and unbaptized, strangers and ours, because this night unites us all like the sons of an entrance, which truly comes with such a great simplicity of a baby and with the child's first oil entered into our lives”, said Ipsehkvi.
For those of us who are baptized and believe we would like to deepen further into faith, for we hope, for we believe that Jesus is the leader, the savior. He is our spiritual teacher, our faithful guide in the way of life, our savior, who gives us the afterlife”, pointed out Dode Gjergji.
He stated that dialogue is the prerequisite of reconciliation and good for peace, stems from good will and the desire for the best future of all, and no one should feel tired of dialogue, and no one should misuse or deny the need for it.
Dode Gjergji stressed that the journey of the Albanian people towards the family of civilized European peoples has been extremely difficult, and this has been won with life, labor and blood.
We need to be careful that no punishment of ours, or injustice done to us by others, does not endanger our direct cooperation of the future of the peoples of Europe and the region, because we know how we have suffered when we have not joined. I also invite the peoples of Europe to be more just and to have more trust in us Albanians. We are not surprised by injustice, because we are most taught in the past. Today we hope for justice and equality among our people. Above all, the peoples of Europe should not view my people as a danger, but as a cultural and spiritual heritage of their civilization. I especially invite the people around us not to plan for the future, excluding each of us”, said Dode Gjergji, the KP reported.
The Christmas celebration will continue today with mass to be held in the churches of Kosovo, while Dode Gjergji will hold Mass in the “Ministerial Zone” in Prizren.
