Suspects of involvement in the murder of Serbian politician in Kosovo, Oliver Ivanovic, will again appear before the tribunal, where demand for the measure of detention will be considered.
On Monday at 11 o'clock, suspects in Ivanovic's murder are expected again to appear before the court for reviewing the detention measure because the Court of Appeals has turned the court's decision to the first instance into restoration.
The three suspects in Pristina had placed 30 days in custody.
Prosecutor Silas Hoxha confirmed the news.
“Po is true I have made the decision and the invitation was December 17th, December 11th to appear in court for reviewing the detention request”, Hoxha said.
Last month, Kosovo police have arrested four suspects in the January murder in northern Mitrovica. /Kallex
