Besides the many benefits commercial banks have in Kosovo, the same are exploiting any legal vacuum to benefit at the expense of customers.
In the absence of a regulation, they until recently had a fee, for which they received money when their consumer has accepted transfer from another account, KTV reports.
All this action banks have taken because the Kosovo Central Bank has not issued a regulation for years, which prohibits it.
KTV sources have indicated that banks have failed to testify during the examination conducted by BQC employees, what expenses they had in cases where accounts have taken money.
BQC leaders have said they have made regulations through which banks will no longer be able to make such a move.
All of this was done even after numerous complaints of citizens to the CEC.
Finally, no bank has been punished.
In addition to the introduction fees, complaints about banks have also had about the prices of services in general, which banks offer in a debate organised by the American Economic Oda.
For this, economic sector expert Naim Gashi has asked the Special Prosecutor to conduct an investigation into banks.
According to BQC data, family economic loans are increasing in parallel with those of companies, with about 11 per cent.
1.703 billion euros is the total amount of bank loans for companies.
Of them, 210m euros for production businesses.
And 973.2m euros for family economies.
