Since then, even though there are six criminal charges, including municipal officials and no court hearings have been held against a construction company. Their father even presented a letter, an acceleration, but that had not happened.

Meanwhile, the ombudsman says such a case should be resolved, in a one-and-a-half-year deadline.

Florenta and Florenti, on the day of June 23, two years ago, left home for the last time. They no longer returned to their parents after they were killed in a hole that had been left open.

Not coming back. From that time on, there is no day that their father, Muhammad Mramori, does not go to the place where they lost their lives, trying to get rid of their goods.

Two and a half years ago, brother and sister, one aged 11 and the other 13 years old, had suffered tragic loss in an open hole long ago in Pristina's Kolovica district. As long as Muhammad's pain is still fresh, he prays to God that what happened to him never happens to anyone in the world.

We're having a hard time with everyone's heart, who has kids you know, just thinking about going side by is inheriting it. If you're going to live like this, you're going to have to live for these people who need a strong man. When you see that the child has gone and ions as if it never existed, it is making it even more difficult for us”, Mramori said.

The one for Kosovo Press has indicated, that why they had promised support to state institutions, this never happened.

He even shows that six criminal charges have been filed, yet his children's case remains where it was.

Muhamet has confessed that the pain adds even more to the negligence of state institutions.

Two fmi shqun, two and a half years are running, never a session was held. I wasn't even called right away to tell me only what happened, I don't know what justice this is. I can't deal with this for someone, but if I choose two months, my kid's two kush has been taken for granted, like I never had a baby. It's not easy for parents or looking for them. At least my justice is decided. More I don't want, unless there's justice for the whole”, he said.

Brammer fears that the fact that government officials are involved in this case has stalled long.

That this case is being dragged on by domestic institutions, says the Mramori family lawyer Skender Musa. He even passed through the General Department as such. Such a thing should not have happened, he said.

Well, the very fact that this subject has gone to the General Department, we consider it wrong because this subject had to go either to the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo or to the Prosecutor of the Criminals. We consider it good to deal with this case as the Special Prosecutor of the least to address the Department of Serious Crimes because the nature of these works should not be permitted to the General Department. General departments are of light nature and are usually charged with many criminal sins shown by citizens and police for routine acts they perform, most of the cases by teenagers”, Musa said.

Muhamet Mramor, also filed a letter to meet with State Prosecutor's officials, but this has not happened.

Kosova Preress has tried to get an answer from State Prosecutor Ekrem Lutfiu's spokesman, but the latter has not answered the editorial questions.

Ombudsman Hilmi Yashari has said of Kosovo Press, that this case would have to be resolved more for a year of disability, otherwise contrary to the country's Constitution.

“Affat usually of these natures or similar cases is a year, a year and a half that would have to end all stairs to get a merit response and for all to get an adequate compensation because the state was found in human rights violations. But, such a system has not yet been achieved, Kosovo continues to be this”, he has said.

Until the country's institutions begin to take this case seriously, Mohammed Mramor's only prayer is to establish justice for the two tragicly lost children.
