Jean Louis Servais is a ambassador of Belgium to Kosovo, who often avoids his escort and exploits Pristina's public transportation.
In an interview for Zeri, he has said the new buses in Pristina offer him comfort, though he says infrastructure still needs to be modernised.
He has good words for the health system (studently Periscop assessment).
“Perhaps infrastructure should be modernised, but your doctors and nurses are known as qualified people and that accords with our experience. That's why my wife decided to give birth to our second daughter in Kosovo”, he said.
