Second child was born in Kosovo by bus ambassador

Jean Louis Servais is a ambassador of Belgium to Kosovo, who often avoids his escort and exploits Pristina's public transportation.

In an interview for Zeri, he has said the new buses in Pristina offer him comfort, though he says infrastructure still needs to be modernised.
