For five years in a row, Naim Berisha has imported agricultural equipment for the distribution of animal fertilizer.
For the same, he never paid T V S. or customs duties, after the government had released them as assistance to farmers, KTV reports.
Despite this, in the last import he made 10 days ago, Kosovo Customs has stopped him at terminal 10 equipment.
It has been told that the equipment in question must have another customs code, since it does not enter the garbage distributors and must pay 10 percent tsq and 18 customs duties.
In Kosovo Customs they say the law allows them to make changing the customs code for a product that has been imported long ago.
If it even turns out that the same device has been introduced for five years without tariffs, then Customs Code allows customs to demand tariffs for the last three years.
But Berisha shows that he and the Slovenian company have filed complaints at the Slovenian Embassy.
Berisha says this, farmers will most be damaged, as customs fees are billed at the final price of equipment.
