The Finance Ministry made the decision today to establish the Ankes Board, which will resolve business complaints to Kosovo Customs and Tax Administration decisions.
Businesses so far have been waiting for years to resolve complaints on the part of the fiscal division near the basic Court in Pristina.
With the Law's entry into force for Kosovo Tax Administration and procedures, the business complaint will be resolved within 30 days.
The establishment of the Ankes Board has been a long-standing business community requirement for finding a solution to business complaints in the short term, and not as it has been until now that they have been forced to wait for years in court for resolving complaints.
