Act of bus driver risking the lives of 23 passengers

Pec's Foundation Prosecutor, the General Department, has filed charges against S.K. for criminal work “Public Traffic Reservation”, by Article 378 paragraph 8, concerning paragraph 4 and paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.

According to the indictment, defendant S. K., on May 5, 2018, on Istog-Novosele Street, at the location called Twodesh, while driving the bus of brand Iveco, with which passengers were transporting, not paying attention to road conditions and non-speed, losing control over the bus and leaving the lane of the road, where it crashes for some oaks, so that as a result of this 5 (five) travellers suffered serious bodily injuries, 18 (tenty) of others have been caused to suffer from body injuries, Iclines.

With these actions, there is good-based doubt that the defendant has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act described as high.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of standing up that the indictment has proposed to the court that the defendant be found guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts that are placed on him.
