Belgrade has disagreed with Montenegro's departure, and in all ways is trying to provoke chaos with the help of local actors.

Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia Chairman Sonja Biserko believes Serbia's attitude towards its neighbours is a test of return in the 1990s and that regional relations are currently on the verge of a blow.

“Disbelief against neighbours from Serbia is raising tensions, quickly forges”, Biserko said in an interview for Pobjedu.

According to her, Serbia at the same time destabilises or tries to destabilise Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo.

In all this chaos, the worst are Kosovo Serbs, who live in instability and under constant pressure from Belgrade. Their future has been put into luck games by the irresponsible actions of the two presidents”, Biserko said.

Montenegro, she believes, is the goal Serbia has never given up on.

“Belgrade did not agree with Montenegro's departure and in any way tries to provoke chaos with the help of local actors. Serbia does not choose words when it qualifies the position of Serbs in Montenegro, but also Montenegrin citizenship. In that sense, Kosovo really serves Belgrade in some way to “deployed” in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina”, Biserko said.
