LDK MP Armend Zemaj has voiced his support for the three bills while giving his remarks.
My “My position and my suggestion is, given what the Republic of Kosovo is always going through, especially in empowering internal and external subjectivity, it still remains meaningless that in legal term term term, the republic is excluded from the three bills... For me, they remain somewhat cut short by the terminology that is not in the bills. Either way, I'll give support, but on purpose or without intent, we are slipping into certain elements and presenting some weakening of constitutional institutions”, he said.
While MP Ismet Beqiri said this is a very important moment for the state and its security. Speaking of the importance of adopting these bills, at least at this point they have not distinguished position and opposition.
While optimistic that the colleague's admonition will fall into place, the needed improvements in the near future were made.
We have no reason to escape our exact identity that explains our state and constitutional identity. However, neither for a letter, nor for many letters will we stand in the way, but with the possibility that if now it is not possible, of course in the near future to make improvement”, he said.
At this point commission chairman Blerta Deliu Kodra agreed, while stressing that the bills in question are in line with European legislation.
I consider that the functional commission, should have been treated, we as a commission have examined only compliance with European Commission legislation. I agree that they're well-placed remarks, but we're done with our job, which belongs to”, she said.
She said it felt good that today as the commission concluded a constitutional obligation, in which the positions, opposition and communities were joined.
