Striker from Kosovo Besart Berisha has taken over Australian citizenship after completing formalities in Melbourne last week.
Berisha ended Melbourne Victory's four-year stay to try luck in Japan's league with the Sanfrece Hiroshima team broadcasts Koha.net.
The striker who broke every goal record in Australia has one more year contract with the Japanese club, but lack of presentations has started reporting that the Kosovo attacker may be on the move again.
During a career in Australia, Berisha has achieved 116 goals in 184 presentations.
This is where I started playing good football and got big stuff. I am grateful for this”, Berisha said last year when he had already applied for citizenship.
In Australia Berisha passed 2011.
