Berisha says guests from the Special are all suspected

Lawyer Besnik Berisha in KTV's Rubik rejected UCK's OVL chairman Hysni Gucati, who called on former KLA members not to respond to the Special Court's invitation.

He further clarified that invited persons are suspected so far, although according to him, the slow pace of the process makes him think there is not enough and powerful evidence.

These people who have been invited are suspects. They were invited to the softest mass, so through letter of call... There's no doubt about it. The invitation to appear at an institution which is legitimate and within the Constitution is the order of the”, Berisha has said, stressing that anyone who opposes responding to this invitation is granted freedom even within Pristina.

I think everybody's expected a spectacular arrest, but even the coal, I think it shows there's no such powerful evidence. From my experience, whenever prosecutors have slowed down, it has shown that they don't have enough evidence, but also remember that it may be that witnesses have been negotiating conditions”, further clarify Berisha.
