The defendant B.A., on December 19, 2018, has exercised physical violence against his wife, A.A., where after a verbal disagreement over a message the defendant had read on her phone, struck her by telephone, grabbed her by hair, and punched her in different parts of her body, causing her slight bodily injuries.
While the defendant A.A., at the same time and place, has exerted domestic violence against her husband B.A., in a way that after realizing that her husband had read her a text message on the phone, the defendant in protest with a wood hits her on the arm and left foot, causing her slight bodily injuries.
The prosecution, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has asked the court to convict the defendants and pronounce the sentence they deserve under the Law.
