The United States of America has been banned from entering the state of former Gambi President Yahya Yamah.
As the U.S. State Department has announced, where the ban is valid for Yemen and its close family members, writes Al Jazeera.
The decision was made Monday, and it comes nearly two years after Yamah had been forced to seek asylum in Equitorial Guinea after refusing to accept defeat in presidential elections.
He had led Gambi for two decades, while in December 2016 he had been beaten in elections by Adama Barrow.
